Overview
"Songs of Maka," Silverjay Studio's 4-year flagship project, which evolved from concept sketches inspired by Hollow Knight to a platformer/puzzle game. Developed an innovative Metroidvania game featuring a unique universe while crafting a compelling narrative centered on an exiled king's journey of redemption. We differentiated the game within the Metroidvania genre by prioritizing puzzle-solving and environmental interaction over traditional combat-focused gameplay.

My Role
For this long-term project, I operated as the level designer, created a majority of scenery and puzzles. Mainly responsible for the level design and refinement within the project, directed 1 major area development, refined all 70 scenes for the game.
